Wycliffe Developments Ltd is a family run business that originated in North Yorkshire with the development of a five unit retail park. Since our relocation to Cornwall in 2003 we have developed new homes in Mitchell near Newquay and in Lostwithiel, as well as luxury apartments in Falmouth and Hayle.
Our focus has always been to deliver superb quality developments across the residential, commercial and retail sectors. High calibre design and attention to detail are of paramount importance to us throughout all of our developments, right from inception to completion.
