Parkway Central Phase 1 comprised a Gala Bingo unit and associated parking, totalling a floor area of 25,000 sq ft and was completed in 1994.

Phase 2 of the scheme completed the retail park in 2002 and comprised a 50,000 sq ft Matalan store, a 7,500 sq ft Brantano Footwear store, a 7,500 sq ft Home Bargains store and a 2,000 sq ft Carphone Warehouse store.

Phase 3 was leased to and developed in 2016 by Storebox, who subsequently purchased the freehold.
